Everything you need to know about our event decorating services

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings and 4-8 weeks for corporate events or smaller celebrations. Peak season (May-October for outdoor weddings) books quickly, so earlier is always better. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability — reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! All floral arrangements are designed and created by our team using premium, fresh flowers. We source from local growers when seasonally available and supplement with specialty imports for specific design requirements. We also offer high-quality silk and preserved flower options for budget-conscious or allergy-friendly alternatives.

All packages include professional setup at your venue and complete breakdown after your event. Setup times vary based on the scope of decor and venue requirements. We'll coordinate with your venue and other vendors to ensure smooth installation. For multi-day events, we offer extended setup services.

Absolutely! We're happy to complement existing decor, work with items you've already rented, or integrate with your venue's in-house styling. During our consultation, we'll discuss what you have and how we can enhance it with our florals, lighting, and finishing touches.

Yes! We have extensive experience with diverse cultural celebrations including South Asian (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi), Middle Eastern, Caribbean, Italian, Greek, and many other traditions. Yes, we happily travel for events! Travel arrangements and associated fees are discussed during the consultation and factored into your custom quote based on the event location and requirements.

While our three main packages provide excellent value, we're happy to customize a package to match your specific needs and budget. We also offer individual services such as ceremony arch rentals, centerpiece-only packages, or lighting installations for clients who need specific elements rather than full-service decorating.

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies by timing and deposit status. Generally, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 12 months of the original event date. We encourage clients to discuss any changes as early as possible so we can work together on solutions.
