We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings and 4-8 weeks for corporate events or smaller celebrations. Peak season (May-October for outdoor weddings) books quickly, so earlier is always better. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability - reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes! All floral arrangements are designed and created by our team using premium, fresh flowers. We source from local growers when seasonally available and supplement with specialty imports for specific design requirements. We also offer high-quality silk and preserved flower options for budget-conscious or allergy-friendly alternatives.
All packages include professional setup at your venue and complete breakdown after your event. Setup times vary based on the scope of decor and venue requirements. We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies by timing and deposit status. Generally, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 12 months of the original event date. We encourage clients to discuss any changes as early as possible so we can work together on solutions.
